Hello Friends,

Watch the video above.  Jarod argues briefly if user-centered design is of the past..or the process of how great products are made is mis defined.  He says there is no methodology to innovation.  It’s about having a lot of “tools” to work with in any situation, and knowing when to use what tool at what time.  And it’s about good, good, GOOD teamwork.

In my experience of design, I agree with these defined elements.

you need a culture that rewards failures. it means you are willing to learn through failures.
